FLUKE has released an animated marketing video online, in order to raise awareness of its Fluke 289 Industrial Trending Digital Multimeter (DMM).
Fluke says it created the video to show how busy maintenance technicians could use the Fluke 289 Industrial Trending DMM to quickly collect revealing system performance data without “getting pinned down.“
Drawing inspiration from the action and spy film genres, the video features an operative sneaking into a ‘secret industrial complex’ to capture 10,000 readings with the Fluke Trending 289 DMM.
While the hero is otherwise occupied dodging an armed security team, the Fluke Trending 289 DMM is attached to a circuit and collects the data without supervision.
According to Fluke, the video shows how the Fluke 289 Trending DMM can record events that take place in a test circuit over time, without the user being present.
Fluke says the user can later review the saved data on the Fluke 289 Trending DMM’s large display to spot anomalies and identify trends. The collected data can also be downloaded to a PC and graphed with the FlukeView Forms software.
