ARGUS Solutions has announced a joint venture with ThorSol, a provider of sensors and systems for asset management, engineering and technology development applications.
Argus Solutions says it will have a 51% controlling stake in the joint venture, expanding its sales capabilities and giving it access to complementary products for its clients.
Argus Solutions and ThorSol will combine their sales and marketing resources, cross-sell each other’s products and add to the other’s technology resources.
Argus Solutions focuses on facility access control. It has developed iris recognition software and facial recognition software for military and industrial facility security.
