DH-Budenberg says its H542 / P542 family of Bench-top Calibrators include high accuracy measurement of pressure, along with built-in means of raising and adjusting the pressure.
According to DH-Budenberg, the Bench-top Calibrators are available as single range or dual range units and can easily be optimised to suit clients typical test ranges.
The H542 Hydraulic unit is said to feature a pressure control which enables rapid priming at low pressure and fine adjustment at high pressure, without requiring additional priming pumps. While the P542 Pneumatic unit requires a gas supply, slightly in excess of the maximum the test pressure.
Up to 2 internal sensors can be fitted on both hydraulic and pneumatic units for wide operating ranges, with storage of test data for download and printing of certificates. Calibration, data-logging and leak test functions are also available.
The H542 pressure ranges from 0 to 10 - 0 to 250MPa, or 2,500bar. While the P542 ranges from -100 to 250kPa, up to 10,000kPa, or 100bar.
