GEMS Sensors & Controls has launched a turbine flow sensor designed specifically for water dispensing applications.

The FT-330 turbine flow sensor operates using the Hall effect principle and is designed for low flow OEM applications. It has a compact construction as well as standard power and output specifications.

The company says the turbine has a 316 grade stainless steel shaft coupled with Delrin bearings allowing for accurate measurements during quick dispensing cycles.

The device is suitable for temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius. It is constructed with over-moulded electronics and a lightweight plastic design for multiple mounting positions.
