AMPROBE, a test tool provider, has released the Amprobe AMB-25 insulation tester.
Amprobe says the AMB-25 has the features and robustness of a digital tester with the speed and price of an analogue tester.
The Amprobe AMB-25 has three selectable test voltages for testing insulation of wires, cables, transformers and electrical motors.
The Amprobe AMB-25 features:
• three selectable test voltages — 250V, 500V and 1000V
• button lock for dielectric absorption ratio test
• sensitive ohmmeter for checking resistance of motor windings
• internal memory that stores nine readings
• complete kit including test leads
• safety accreditation, EN 61010 and CATIII/600V.
