YOKOGAWA Australia has released a power analyser which is capable of simultaneously measuring DC and AC signals.
The WT500 analyser is available with up to three input elements and provides both single- and three-phase power measurement.
According to the manufacturer, the device features a large colour display which can show data in a variety of formats. These include numerical, waveforms up to 5kHz, vector diagrams, trends and bar graphs.
The analyser can also transfer data to a PC through a standard USB or an optional Ethernet interface.
The company says the units are suitable for measuring system efficiency, measuring current flows in equipment and evaluating variable speed motors and drives.
