PRACTICAL Control Solutions has released the CYHCT-S4 Hall effect transmitters, designed to measure and monitor DC currents.
The CYHCT-S4 Hall effect transmitters are available in ranges from 30A to 300A and can feature the zero to 20mA, four to 20mA, zero to five volts and zero to ten volts DC output types.
Practical Control Solutions says the CYHCT-S4 Hall effect transmitters provide high levels of isolation between their primary and secondary circuits and do not impose insertion loss on the measured circuit.
According to Practical Control Solutions, the CYHCT-S4 Hall effect transmitters can be used to monitor load and charge currents on battery banks, measure the current draw on traction motors, sense motor stalls and shorts and carry out measurements on cathodic protection rigs and on plating rectifiers.
